These Terms of Service govern your use of greenwavega.com and your communications with Green Wave Landscaping and Irrigation LLC ("Green Wave," "we," "us"). By using this website, submitting an estimate request, or communicating with us by phone or text, you agree to these terms.
About us
Green Wave Landscaping and Irrigation LLC is a licensed and insured landscaping company based at 1383 Horseshoe Bend Ln, Bogart, GA 30622. We provide landscape design, sod installation, irrigation, hardscapes, retaining walls, planting, landscape lighting, and weekly lawn maintenance for homes, businesses, and HOAs in Oconee, Walton, and Athens-Clarke counties, Georgia.

Text messaging terms (SMS)
Green Wave operates a transactional text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who request an estimate or service. The following terms apply to that program.

| Types of messages you will receive | Transactional messages only: confirmation that we received your estimate request; scheduling and walk-through appointment times; appointment reminders; crew arrival and job status updates; follow-up about a quote you requested; and reminders about maintenance visits already on your service schedule. |
| How you opt in | By checking the optional SMS consent box on our estimate request form at greenwavega.com, or by telling a member of our team directly that you want to receive texts. The box is not pre-checked, and checking it is not required to submit the form or to hire us. |
| Message frequency | Message frequency varies with the status of your request or project. Most customers receive fewer than 10 messages per month. |
| Cost | Message and data rates may apply. Green Wave does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. |

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Estimates and quotes
- Submitting the estimate request form does not create a contract or obligate you to purchase anything.
- We aim to respond to estimate requests within one business day during our stated hours.
- Pricing discussed by phone or text before a site visit is preliminary. Firm pricing is provided in a written quote after a walk-through.
- Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and may be revised if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change.
- Scheduling of outdoor work depends on weather and ground conditions and may shift.

Content, images, and the Green Wave name and logo on this site are owned by Green Wave Landscaping and Irrigation LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Green Wave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from information presented on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here replaces the terms of any signed work agreement between you and Green Wave, which control for any job we perform.
